The installation Herein, consisting of a felted textile sculpture, a drying rack for tinctorial plants from the region, and a tote bag, was developed for the Zur frohen Aussicht show in Ernen. The works are installed in an old barn with storage on top and reflect the original use of the hay store, the connection between the rural and the urban, and my associations as a hidden shelter in the village with it.The title Herein refers to an invitation and a space, crossing a threshold from outside to inside, interweaving animals, plants, and people. Part of the exhibition was a dye garden in the community garden in Ernen. The harvested dye plants were used in a dye-workshop during the exhibition.
